SPONSORSHIP FUND CHAIR

You will reach out to corporations and small businesses within our district to invite them to sponsor events. There are various financial commitment and reward levels from which the companies can choose. You can decide to do this by yourself or gather a team. If you lead others, you could use this position for a High-Performance Leadership Project.

  • Benefits – You could potentially use this role for your HPLP. You’ll get to meet other members in the district and make connections.
  • Commitment – Hours are flexible with your schedule. Timeframe in role is negotiated with DD/PQD.

SPRING CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CHAIR

Can use for a High-Performance Leadership Project (HPLP) if you build and direct a team.

You and your team are responsible for organizing all aspects of attendees’ registration prior to and day of the April 10, 2021 Spring Conference.

  • Benefits – You can use this role for your HPLP. You’ll get to meet other members in the district. You’ll be starting off the day of training right for attendees – that will earn some thanks.
  • Commitment – A few hours per week with spikes in March-April then you’re done.

FALL SYMPOSIUM EDUCATION CHAIR

You and your team are responsible for organizing all aspects of designing entertaining and educational sessions. You will help to find and interview potential workshop leaders then facilitate their appearance prior to and day of the September 19, 2020 Fall Symposium.

  • Benefits – You can use this role for your HPLP. You’ll get to meet other members in the district.
  • Commitment – A few hours per week with spikes in August-September then you’re done.
  • Teamwork – Build and delegate to the event team including registration and awards chair.

FALL SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION CHAIR

You and your team are responsible for organizing all aspects of attendees’ registration prior to and day of the September 19, 2020 Fall Symposium.

FALL SYMPOSIUM GRAPHICS ARTIST

Works with the Event Chair, PQD, District Public Relations Manager (PRM), and Events PR Chair to create all graphics, flyers, and artistry required for the event while following Toastmasters Brand guidelines.

FALL SYMPOSIUM PUBLIC RELATIONS CHAIR

Works with the Event Chair, PQD, Education Chair, District Public Relations Manager (PRM), Graphics Artist, Div Directors, Area Directors, Social Media manager, etc., to “get the word out” about the event.

FALL SYMPOSIUM AWARDS CHAIR

Works with the Event Chair and 2020-2021 District Trio and DEC to help facilitate the Educational and District Awards section of the event.

EDUCATION AWARDS CHAIR

Prepare all awards for presentation for the 2020 Fall Symposium and the 2021 Spring Conference Awards ceremonies. This may include preparing a district order, printing certificates, and gift “bagging” awards as well as tracking which awards were received.

  • Benefits – If you love to give gifts, especially with someone else’s money, then this is a dream for you. This is a simple way to learn about the International and District incentives. You’ll get to meet other members in the district and go … SHOPPING!
  • Commitment – A few hours per week with spikes in August-September and March-April.

WINTER TLI CHAIR

Responsible for organizing all aspects of attendees’ registration prior to and day of the December 5, 2020 TLI for the 2020-2021 club officers and members.

  •  Benefits – You can use this role for your HPLP. You’ll get to meet other members in the district. You’ll be starting off the day of training right for attendees – that will earn some thanks.
  • Commitment – A few hours per week October-December then you’re done.

ROLES FILLED

PATHWAYS CHAIR

Work with PQD and team to track and monitor Club Pathways progress to increase Pathways Adoption Rates. Work with District Leadership team including DD, PQD, CGD, Division Directors, and Area Directors to report and monitor progress of officer, new member, and total Pathways enrollment for each Club.

  • Benefits – This is a great way to meet members throughout the district. This is a fantastic way to motivate members to achieve their goals.
  • Commitment – A few hours per week.

SUMMER TLI CHAIR

Responsible for organizing all aspects of attendees’ registration prior to and day of the June TLI for the 2021-2022 club officers and members.

  • Benefits – You can use this role for your HPLP. You’ll get to meet other members in the district. You’ll be starting off the day of training right for attendees – that will earn some thanks.
  • Commitment – A few hours per week April-May with spikes in May-June then you’re done.

INCENTIVES CHAIR

Track member and club achievements to provide awards for the 2020 Fall Symposium and the 2021 Spring Conference Awards ceremonies.

  • Benefits – This is a simple way to learn about the International and District incentives. You’ll get to meet other members in the district. When you see a member or club close to earning an incentive, you can reach out to them with encouragement.
  • Commitment – A few hours per month with spikes in March-April and June-July.
