We have a full program of general and officer breakout sessions to help your club succeed in this second half of the Toastmaster year. You will learn how to make Pathways work with your goals, your schedule, and your success in mind.
Learn how to use networking, marketing tools, and social media platforms to engage members, guests and the community.
The Big 3: Club Success Plan, Moments of Truth, and Distinguished Club Program are the building blocks that EVERY Club uses to consistently provide the supportive and progressive learning environment for all Toastmaster members.
No matter your level of experience in Toastmasters, today will be a learning experience for all of us. Take notes, discuss, share ideas and most importantly, write down at least one ACTION item that you will complete when you get back to your Club.
To our TLI team, thank you for ALL your efforts to make this event a memorable and educational experience for all. We are grateful for the countless hours you have given.
Cheers!

TLI is not only for the current club officers – it is for anyone who might be interested in becoming an officer in the future or those club members who just want to learn more about our wonderful organization!
Are you traveling and want to get your training on the road? Remember that you can be trained anywhere in the world. One officer was trained in Oman when he went back home for the summer. Be sure to have the district email PQD@d13tm.com for your training credit – they must send your name, your club(s), your officer role(s).
Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) is a great opportunity for you to ramp up your own Toastmasters experience, learn and refresh, network and make new acquaintances and friends. Trained club officers are the best predictor of club success. When you participate you will receive training on the nuts and bolts of your respective officer roles and grow from engaging and informative elective sessions. Training helps your club meet Goal #9 of the Distinguished Club Program.
TLI is where Toastmasters from across the district come together to network, share ideas, and be inspired. It’s where newly elected club officers receive training about how to best serve their clubs. And it’s where any Toastmaster can expand skill sets as a communicator and a leader with additional educational sessions.
