What's Happening?

As part of Toastmasters International's worldwide district realignment, District 10 and District 13 will merge to form the new District 219 beginning July 1, 2026. This change is part of a larger restructuring effort to better serve members and strengthen clubs across the organization.

For Members

Your club membership continues seamlessly. You'll have access to new networking opportunities and a larger community of fellow Toastmasters across four states.

For Clubs

Clubs will be organized into new Areas and Divisions. Your club number, meeting schedule, and operations continue unchanged.

For Contests

Speech contests continue as usual at club, Area, Division, and District levels. District winners proceed to quarter finals per the Speech Contest Rulebook.

District 219 Leadership Team — 2026–2027 Toastmasters Year

District 219 is excited to announce the open call for nominations and applications for the 2026-2027 Toastmasters leadership year! As a newly forming district created from District 10 and District 13, and welcoming Greater Williamsport Toastmasters from District 38, we have a unique and historic opportunity to build strong leadership that will guide our district into a bright and successful future.

Leadership in Toastmasters is both a privilege and a powerful growth experience — a chance to serve your fellow members, strengthen your leadership skills, and contribute to the success of clubs and members across our district. Now is your chance to step forward, lead with purpose, and help shape the culture and achievements of District 219.

Whether you're an experienced Toastmaster ready for a new challenge or someone who has demonstrated great potential in your club, we encourage you — or someone you know — to consider applying or submitting a nomination.

This committee is composed of one member from each Division in both Districts 10 & 13. Together, they will seek potential candidates for District leadership roles, interview and assess the candidates, and present a slate of nominated candidates for election.

This committee is composed of Ad Hoc members from both Districts 10 & 13 with specific knowledge and expertise. The committee will create and present a report on District assets, best practices, traditions, and recommendations, equipping them to lead the new District effectively.
