You can't spell encouragement without courage!

We love the clapping, camaraderie, and coaching in our Toastmasters meetings. That encouragement gives us extrinsic motivation to continue our journey in communication and leadership. But once the fanfare fades, how often does your energy fade with it? How does not writing that next speech, not volunteering for that next meeting or club officer role turn into not going for that promotion, not making a transition to your passion, or not bringing forth spelyour dreams to become your legacy? Courage is the key to driving forward. During this session, Elizabeth “Dr. E” Carter, PhD will share how Toastmasters fueled her inner courage to bring a vision to life and will provide you a framework to bring out the visionary in you.
