Select a tab above that matches your email provider for instructions on how to install this signature.

You will want to highlight & copy the visual HTML Preview on the left (not the HTML code) for installing with Gmail.

1. Open Gmail.
2. At the top right, click Settings   See all settings.
3. In the “Signature” section, add your signature text in the box.
4. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

1. Click the Settings Menu icon  | select More Settings.
2. Click Writing email.
3. Click the Toggle button  to enable or disable a signature for your email address.
4. Enter or edit your signature in the text box.

Instructions for installing an email signature with New Outlook:

1. On the View tab, select  View Settings.
2. Select Accounts > Signatures.
3. Select  New signature, then give it a distinct name.
4. In the editing box below the new name, type your signature, then format it with the font, color, and styles to get the appearance you want.
5. Select Save when you’re done.
6. With your new signature selected from the list above the editing box, go to Select default signatures and choose whether to apply the signature to new messages and to replies and forwards.
7. Select Save again.
